    Did you know that the Tonkatsu has a Western influence from European-style meat cutlets and is now one of Japan's iconic dishes enjoyed by locals and tourists? Across June and July, learn the various techniques of deep-frying such as controlling the oil temperature, proper cooking of the meat, and many more.​

    And at the end of it, treat your taste buds to this tender pork cutlet that is perfectly deep-fried to a golden, crispy texture and served with tangy Tonkatsu sauce. Paired with side dishes like the Namul (Pickled vegetables), Sweet Vinegar Radish and Tonjiru (Pork soup), this menu is guaranteed a hearty meal for the soul!​
