- 28 Apr 2023- Pear Marron Roll (Extension in May)- Would you like to make a cake that is majestic to wow your friends and family? -  - Look no further as the 👑 Pear Marron Roll 👑 make its graceful return after its hiatus from our virtual lesson series. -  - Continuing in May, roll up your sleeves and your cake as you learn the making of a marron-flavoured chiffon sponge before layering it with marron cream, Chantilly cream and pear.
