Other than reintroducing the highly-demanded Anniversary Cheesecake, we are beating the summer with Mango Peach Tart. It is a summer tart with almond cream, orange marmalade and yoghurt custard as the filling, with fruit slices as the decoration.

As a substitution for a meal, we are making a trendy Japanese home-style Chicago Pizza with luxurious camembert cheese as its core. For pretzel lovers, do not miss Potato Pretzels as you will get to learn the shaping of a pretzel with potato slices as the base and having cream cheese and bacon as the filling!
