On the Moo-ve 牛牛乐 Parent-kid Workshop

Don't judge a mikan by its skin as it is made from white bean paste! As opposed to the typical nerikiri that we learnt in regular lesson, we are going to make the nerikiri from scratch. February Virtual Lesson

Just like pineapple tarts and love letters being a staple during Chinese New Year, we will always find ourselves navigating to our favourites for a nostalgic taste. This February, it's back to the classic with our evergreen menus: Gateau au Chocolat, Ham Mayo Bread and Cinnamon Roll, and Japanese Hamburg Steak! Though they may look simple, these menus have been standing strong in Japan for more than 30 years for anyone who wishes to learn fundamental baking and cooking.
