Nyonya Celestine 1 Day Lesson
Inspired by our local delights (Pandan Kaya Cake), let's get ourselves ready for National Day by making a moist Nyonya Celestine cake, featuring Ayam Brand's Coconut Milk.
Within 2 hours, learn to build a gorgeous layered cake with Pandan Kaya sandwiched between pandan sponge cake. Fill the top of the cake with Coconut Mousse and Celestine Jelly (made with Butterfly pea flowers) and finish off with dessicated coconut coating at the side!
