    Look no further as the Pear Marron Roll make its graceful return after its hiatus from our virtual lesson series.


    This April, roll up your sleeves and your cake as you learn the making of a marron-flavoured chiffon sponge before layering it with marron cream, Chantilly cream and pear. Decorated with chocolate shavings, marron glacé and pear on top of more Chantilly cream, this makes a stunning masterpiece at any occasion.
