When you think of Christmas, what colours will you think of? White, green or red?
This December, let's bring all these colours to our virtual lessons at the comfort of your home!
White Christmas edition
Enjoy Trifle Roll Cake, a Japanese take on a British dessert made with fresh fruits (Bananas, Raspberries, Kiwi and Yellow Peach) with layers of sponge soaked in liqueur, reinvented to a roll.
If you prefer bread, then learn White Cream Pan - A soft, white milk bread filled with custard that is made from scratch.
Christmas Holiday edition
Porcini & Camembert Wreath Pizza is having its comeback! Shaped like a Christmas Wreath, enjoy the filling of porcini-scented white sauce and ingredients such as Camembert cheese and mushrooms to the rice flour dough.
For bread gifting, Chocolate Berry France would be a lovely choice as the tangy flavors of raspberry and cream cheese will pair well with the crusty and rich chocolate dough.
