It’s time to have RICHEr bread knowledge with our Bread Riche course renewal, commencing in May 2022 at ALL studios. With 4 new series to replace the current 3 series, get ready to put on your aprons and learn with us.

Sweet Series

Enjoy breads that are sweet in flavour. For this series, we will be introducing a common ingredient in Japanese cooking - Mirin, as a replacement of sugar for Anko Mirin Cube bread dough. We are also introducing tea flavour to our bread for the first time with Milk Tea Knots.

Side Series

Complement a meal with the bread served at the side. You may have seen some of the bread that resembled past bread menus from Basic, Riche and Master. These menus have now been enhanced so that you get to learn something different! (Psst...the renewed Calzone will be a meatless version)

Meal Series

An alternative to a meal when you are rushing for time. Regardless of breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can always find ideas to make a meal from these breads.

Lean Series

Enjoy breads that are low in fat. Other than that, this series has used different types of flour such as rice flour, rye flour and kinako powder so that you can experience various bread texture.
