    1 Day Lesson: Autumn's Pleasure

    If you have been following us all these while, you may have celebrated at least 2 seasons with our collaborative cooking lesson with J.Clair Singapore.


    This fall, let’s fall in love again with new specialty ingredients from Japan! ♥ In this session, we will be making Autumn Sanuki Udon with Tempura, featuring Sanuki Udon and Dashi soy sauce from Kagawa Prefecture, and soy sauce flavoured gobo (burdock) pickles from Oyama City.


    With the focus of a balanced meal, let’s prepare Gobo salad with handmade gomadare (sesame dressing) and Persimmon Panna Cotta with the use of katsuo (bonito) flavoured gobo from Oyama City and persimmon from Tottori Prefecture!
